Dania has extensive executive recruiting experience, both agency and in-house, spanning a wide variety of industries including tech startups, healthcare organizations, and fortune 500 companies. Dania was inspired to start CultureAdd because of her love for recruiting, and brings passion, enthusiasm, and high energy to every client and candidate that she interacts with. She takes a consultative approach and welcomes the opportunity to place candidates in roles that they are excited about and fulfilled by.

Daniel

A seasoned technology recruitment leader, Daniel brings over ten years of experience in both agency and in-house talent acquisition. His expertise includes developing and implementing effective talent strategies for high-growth startups. Daniel has a proven track record of scaling talent acquisition functions for companies such as Tapad, Dailymotion, Klara, Parsley, and OrderGroove, consistently building strong and successful teams.

Ryan

Ryan’s career spans across higher education and the corporate sector. He has guided students and professionals through pivotal points in their academic and professional journeys and it is making those strong connections that he has always appreciated most about this type of work. The majority of Ryan’s recruiting experience has been in banking, covering a wide span of roles across the financial sector. He has loved seeing this previous experience lend well to recruiting for startups with CultureAdd and is especially energized by the startup environment,  getting to see teams grow and thrive with each hire. Ryan resides in Massachusetts with his family, loves skiing, running and biking and cheering on his beloved PC Friars.
