Dania

Dania has 15 years of executive recruiting experience, both agency and in-house, spanning a wide variety of industries including tech startups, healthcare organizations, and fortune 500 companies. Dania was inspired to start CultureAdd because of her love for recruiting, and brings passion, enthusiasm, and high energy to every client and candidate that she interacts with. She takes a consultative approach and welcomes the opportunity to place candidates in roles that they are excited about and fulfilled by. After work, Dania enjoys spending time with her husband Daniel, who doubles as her business partner in crime, and their three amazing boys. She is also an undefeated boggle champion and loves cooking.

Daniel

Daniel is a team builder with more than ten years of technology recruiting experience, both agency and in-house. He has led talent acquisition for startups including Tapad, Dailymotion, and Klara, among others, and has scaled intricate and effective talent acquisition processes for growing startups of all sizes. A Queens native, Daniel is an avid runner, Peloton biker, BBQ grillmaster, fantasy football participant, avid fan of the New York Mets, Knicks, Carolina Panthers and is a proud husband and father of three amazing boys.
